Working at Allen Audiology

Allen Audiology is always open to connecting with talented audiology professionals who share our patient-first philosophy. We consider applications for clinical audiologists (Au.D. or M.S. with CCC-A), audiology assistants, patient care coordinators, and front desk staff at our Allentown and Bethlehem offices.

Even if we do not have an immediate opening, we encourage you to submit an application so we can keep you in mind. Complete the form on this page with your background and a member of our team will reach out when opportunities arise.

Audiologist candidates should hold a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology along with current Pennsylvania licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-A). Experience with hearing aid fitting and diagnostic audiometry is preferred, though we welcome recent graduates with strong clinical training.

For patient care coordinator and front desk roles, prior experience in a healthcare or audiology setting is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help patients are the qualities we value most.

Allen Audiology is a small, close-knit practice where every team member plays a meaningful role. We prioritize quality of care over patient volume, which means you have the time to do thorough work and build real relationships with the people you help. Our staff retention reflects that approach — several team members have been with the practice for years.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in modern, well-equipped offices in Allentown and Bethlehem. The pace is steady, the environment is supportive, and the focus is always on doing what is right for the patient.

Complete the application form on this page with your name, contact information, area of expertise, and a brief message about your background. You can also upload your resume to give us a more complete picture of your qualifications and experience.

Once we review your application, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a conversation. If you prefer to connect first, call us at (610) 439-1196.

Allen Audiology has been part of the Lehigh Valley community for over 40 years — a level of longevity that reflects the trust patients place in this practice. Unlike high-volume corporate chains, we give our clinicians the time and autonomy to provide thorough, individualized care. Every hearing aid purchase includes superior service, which means patients stay with us long-term.

Our main office is at 101 N. Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA 18104 — across the street from Trexler Memorial Park. Our satellite office is at 2045 Westgate Drive, Ste 300, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Both locations have on-site parking and are wheelchair accessible.

Team members may work at one or both locations depending on their role and the schedule. We serve patients from across the Lehigh Valley, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Emmaus, Whitehall, and surrounding communities. Call (610) 439-1196 if you have questions before applying.
