Allen Audiology's main office is at 101 N. Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA 18104 — directly across the street from Trexler Memorial Park. The building has a dedicated parking lot with spaces right outside the entrance, so you won't need to search for street parking or walk far from your car.

The office is fully wheelchair accessible with ground-level entry. We serve patients from across the Lehigh Valley, including Emmaus, Whitehall, Macungie, and surrounding communities.

Yes — Allen Audiology also has a satellite office in Bethlehem at 2045 Westgate Drive, Ste 300, Bethlehem, PA 18017. The Bethlehem office is open on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and every other Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The same clinical team is available at both locations.

If Bethlehem is more convenient, call (610) 439-1196 and our staff will schedule you at whichever office works best.

Please bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, prior hearing tests or audiograms from another clinic, and any written orders or clinical notes about your hearing from your doctor. If you currently wear hearing aids, bring those along as well — even if they are not working properly. This helps our audiologists understand your hearing history and provide more accurate recommendations tied to your communication goals, overall health, and ear health when medications might matter.

It can also be helpful to bring a family member or someone you speak with regularly. They can share how hearing loss appears in your daily life and at important gatherings, and they will hear firsthand what your audiologist recommends. Plan for your first visit to last about 60 minutes so we can complete a thorough evaluation without rushing.
