Our Bethlehem satellite office is open Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and every other Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday at this location. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

For your first visit, please bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, any prior audiograms or clinic testing reports, and notes from your doctor about any hearing or balance concerns. If you wear hearing aids now, bring those too. Plan for your initial appointment to last about 60 minutes so we have time for a complete evaluation and thorough discussion of your results.
